What is Proxy Payment service?
Ezbuy Japan’s Proxy Payment service is a service that allows international customers to make purchases from eligible merchants using the “Cash on Delivery“ method. When placing an order, please select “Cash on delivery“ (代金引換 in Japanese) as the payment method, and provide your delivery address.
The fee for each proxy payment order is 3% of the product price (minimum 300 yen).

Procedure for using our Proxy Payment service
Register
Customers register to use the Proxy Payment service with Ezbuy Japan.
Purchase
When shopping at an eligible store, please select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method and provide your delivery address.
Pay on behalf
When your order arrives at Ezbuy Japan warehouse, we will pay the delivery company for the goods and domestic shipping fees on your behalf.
Wait for delivery
We will charge the Product price and Proxy Payment fee to your credit card. After payment is completed, the product will be delivered to your address.

Our Proxy Payment service is only available to eligible shops.
